Jill Aida Horn, MPH, is the founder of Peak Health, a wellness platform built on the belief that true health should be accessible, empowering, and deeply connected. With a Master of Public Health from USC’s Keck School of Medicine and a B.S. in Neuroscience from UCLA, Jill combines scientific expertise with a passion for holistic living. She has co-authored peer-reviewed publications on the gut–brain axis, stress physiology, nutrition, and mental health, and spent five years working alongside Emeran Mayer, MD, producing nutrition and holistic health education for broad audiences. Jill also has over six years of experience teaching Pilates and guiding movement practices.
Peak Health brings together movement, nutrition, mindfulness, and community to help people create habits that last. Jill’s approach blends functional movement, nervous system regulation, and nutrition education with an emphasis on community connection. Her mission with Peak Health is to make healthy living easy, communal, and sustainable—not just something to strive for, but something to enjoy every day.
